French company situated in the Jura part of “Plastics Valley”, H3D was created in 1995 by Dr. Denis Heitz, a veterinarian.

Invention of the tick remover

1994
In 1994, Denis HEITZ, a veterinary practicing in Oyonnax, is confronted with the problem of the removal of ticks from his four-legged patients.
He then has the idea for a tool to remove ticks which is both simple and effective. He will devote himself to the design of a tick hook that will be marketed under the brand name O’tom®, then Tick Twister® by O’tom®.

Launch of Bamboostick®

2010
H3D expands its field of expertise in hygiene and animal care, with a new product:
BambooStick® , a cotton bud specially designed for cleaning dogs’ ears.
